How to Make Golden Milk
Prep: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Servings: 2
2 C of your favorite non dairy milk like coconut, almond, or cashew (you can make homemade almond or cashew milk to eliminate added sugar)
1 tsp ground turmeric
A pinch of black pepper
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1-2 tbsp of maple syrup or local honey
Optional:
½ tbsp coconut oil
Ginger
Cardamom
Peppercorns
Vanilla extract or vanilla bean
Add all of the ingredients to a pot over medium heat bring to a simmer, SImmer 10 minutes
Pour and enjoy!
